Instructions for Proposal Submissions
Proposals must be submitted no later than January 13, 2021. No email submissions are accepted.
All proposal submissions must include an abstract and a bibliography.
Abstract
Proposal abstracts should be a summary of the planned presentation and should not exceed 2500 characters. For paper presentations, ignite sessions, panels, and Twitter posters, it is recommended that abstracts include the following:
- a problem statement or research question;
- a brief description of the conceptual/theoretical framework or model;
- an overview of the methodology used or to be used; and/or
- the main findings or conclusions
For workshops and professional development sessions, the abstract should summarize the intent of the presentation, how the presentation will engage and support emerging researchers.
Bibliography
The proposal bibliography should conform to APA 7th edition formatting. The bibliography does not contribute to the character count.
